Over the coming months I will be holding space to share loving kindness meditations along with new skills and empowerment tools to help in dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, depression, fear & childhood traumas.

During our deep loving kindness global meditation sessions together, I will be teaching the power of mindfulness & new integration tools that we can all use on a daily basis starting with the power of intentions and breath work.

We have had over 20,000 beautiful souls join the Worldwide loving kindness meditations and they are growing in numbers by the day
